Joe has worked with small to middle market businesses since 1980.  During the past 27 years, he has been the founder, owner and president of four businesses.  He has also worked with other businesses in a variety of industries where he has served as Chairman, President and Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Marketing and Sales, and CFO.  In these roles, he was responsible for raising capital in an IPO and through private offerings with venture capital firms, private investors and other institutions.  He has also been a principal as well as an advisor in numerous buy/sell transactions.  Joe is a former chairman of the (Virginia) Governor’s Conference on Small Business.

Kathleen Crow, Principal 

Since 1982, Kathleen has built expertise in technical and professional sales.  She has a broad and diverse background that includes business acquisitions, technology sales, systems engineering, technical competitive analysis and telecommunications consulting.  She is a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and Business Network Group (BNG).  Additionally, she holds a real estate license in the state of Virginia.  Kathleen received her B.S. in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.  She is active in her community and church.
